Simply the best! I could not recommend this apartment enough. Clean, well located, secure, and with amazing views over the rooftops of San Telmo. Two balconies! It felt great staying here, the true authentic Buenos Aires apartment. Very helpful hosts too!

We loved staying at Kholi House in San Telmo. The apartment is adorable, eclectic, and the complex is unique and beautiful, lush with giant plants growing in the corridors, and interesting, rustic details. The hosts, Cecilia & Emilio, are warm, hospitable, helpful, and quick to respond to communications. This unit is on the third level, accessible by steep metal stairs, which may not be suitable for everybody, but there are other apartments in the complex which may be better suited for people with mobility issues. On the other hand, the reward for climbing all those stairs is an excellent view from every window! The apartment is cozy, a little rustic (in a good way), with all the basic amenities. The bed is comfortable and the a/c works very well, thankfully. The location is very close to the Sunday antique market in Plaza Dorrego, as well as many restaurants and cafes. There is a little shop around the corner that sells tasty carne empanadas, and the little market across from it has a lot of good wine for cheap. I bought a 91 pt Malbec for the equivalent of $3, it was complex and delicious! Yauss Club, a bar a few blocks down the street is open super late, where the bartender (Javier, I think) makes the best martini EVER! We would totally stay here again, or I might want to experience one of the other lovely apartments at Kholi House as well, because each one is a unique and excellent value.

Great apartment with extraordinary views on both balconies. Lots of sunlight. The space has a good energy and the host is very accommodating.
